- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I needed an appointment, and was transferred to 4 ppl just to schedule an appointment. Was told that I would have to speak to the nurse for an appointment who then still couldn't schedule the appointment. They refused to do an ultrasound until 10 weeks, that's absurd first off even if everything is normal. But I had been have spotting and lots of pain for a week which would indicate an ectopic pregnancy. So just because the norm for their office is to do an ultrasound at 10 weeks doesn't mean they can't make exceptions based on patients needs. I also needed to weigh out my options to make an informed decision due to taking medications on a regular basis. But I needed to know if it was even a viable pregnancy before being able to make any decisions. And blood work doesn't doesn't tell if it's a viable pregnancy or not. And at 10 weeks my options for decisions are almost all but gone and left with only one decision which could make me sick in the long run not taking my medicines. Naturally I got upset with them for not want to help a patient out and schedule an appointment. Then to top it off they had the audacity to call me and tell me they would send me a certified letter that they are dropping me as a patient. Obviously I didn't want to be a patient when I told them over the phone I would find another doctor to help, which I did find someone who would do a free ultrasound this same week. There was no need to blow my phone up 4 times trying to reach me just to tell me hey won't help patients. Especially when I was purposely not answering their calls cuz they wouldn't help. Rudest staff ever. See someone who actually gives a concern about your health and babies health instead of these people.July 09, 2017by My Name
